Depending on what type of company you have, you may schedule anywhere from one to several patients at one time.  With our scheduling software you have the capability of scheduling and managing multiple patients in one time slot. A doctor may see several patients at one time so he or she would need the flexibility to schedule several patients in one time slot.  The scheduling software also allows you to customize your appointment screen with tabs that list items such as reservations, customers, tours etc.  For each block of time you can for example, name the task to be performed as it pertains to your business.

The scheduling software comes with an appointment screen that allows you to color code each status so you can quickly glance at your screen and see what is planned.  This is a great tool to use in a busy office where there are multiple doctors or therapists working.  Each professional can choose a designated color for his or her client’s appointments.  Several statuses may be set up to use and assigned a different color.  The scheduling software allows for the appointment window to be customized in order to show these status tabs at the top.  Additional statuses may be added if needed.

Many businesses have more than one location and some of their employees may travel between the two locations at times.  Our scheduling software includes the ability for users to have access to all locations as long as they are set up accordingly and they will only need to log in once to have this access.  The different locations can be set up as stand-alone locations or also be set up to share services.  The same goes for staff members who work out of several locations.  A staff member need only be set up once in the scheduling software.  A staff member at the locations they are set up with can accept appointments.
