Many companies have had problems with customers keeping a commitment to their appointments.  This involves a loss of money for businesses when the scheduled hour becomes a no-show and that time slot cannot be filled.  A way to help combat this problem is to get the client to commit with an online payment in the scheduling software.  Some businesses have changed to this model where they ask the customer to provide them with a credit card in order to hold the appointment.  This may seem kind of rude however, a customer is less opt to cancel when their credit card is in the system or if need be they will cancel within the allotted time to avoid charges.  Our scheduling software allows you to accept the customers’ payment without actually processing the credit card.
